Ideas discussed about Movie Night and YPT

YPT:

-9:00-9:30 Registration: Peter and Tres. Folders will be used and papers available at registration table. There will be a snack (tea, coffee, RAISIN bread)

-9:30-10:00 Introduction and Icebreakers: led by lily. The Circle Game.

-10:00-10:15 Introductions to workshops. Everyone needs to create an introduction to their workshop to put in the folders (half sheet). Due: 3/15

-We still need to figure out the placement of the workshops.

-12:30-1:30- Lunch: Peter: bread and ice tea. Lily: Soup. Emily: Mac and Cheese. Sarah: Dessert. Kelly: Salad. Grace will set up and prepare the food before.

3:00-4:00- there will be a wrap-up… however proceeding this there will be an ASAP meeting.

-Tres will be the time keeper!

-Marq will go through all the evaluations

-Letters to the editor have been assigned: Peter: express times and Tres: Morning call

-Pre YPT meeting at the Quaker Meeting House will be April 11 from 3-6.

MOVIE NIGHT

-The movie will be Into the Wild

-It will be Saturday April 4^th from 5:30 – 9:00

-Pizza provided. Peter bringing ice tea

-Are to come up with a post discussion (lily)

-Tres is making the flyers and Sarah created the facebook group

-Peter will talk about ASAP and YPT.

-Peter will write an article for the LEPOCO newsletter.

The date of the next meeting will soon be decided and you will be contacted. wonderful
